Personal Statement

Education, in its each form, must be taken as a highly valued intellectual asset, which not shapes an individual's mind but also elevates his status further to higher degrees that can be only measured by knowing spiritual dimensions of the educational field.

The fate of any nation is determined by the quality of education, as this modern era is ruled by the knowledge-based economies. Being a real learner, I believe knowledge has become one of the most critical inputs to the economic development and growth of any country. In fact, it is the very sense of patriotism, including the self-esteem too, which made me pursue higher education in my chosen discipline. For me, universities and high education institutions are the reservoirs of knowledge and wisdom.

This is not merely my personal opinion, but now a well-proven fact that education empowers the deprived and uplifts the ignorant downtrodden masses to the level of enlightened societies.

For this reason, in very early ages I decided to utilise my best efforts in pursuance of education. We all have to realise the real importance and significance of maintaining the higher educational standards.

There is no room left for those who tend to spend less in acquiring knowledge and information. According to Theodore Roosevelt, ‘Believe you can and you're halfway there’. Here I must say that we need highly educated economic managers and well-trained financial experts capable of transforming the budgetary limitations and constraints into financial autonomy. More than political pundits or rabble-rousers, we need qualified researchers and creative thinkers who know how to better deal with hunger, poverty, terrorism, unemployment and illiteracy, etc.

By offering an ideal educational environment to our youth, we can quickly produce a new generation comprising high-quality graduates, masters and Ph.D. degree holders in different disciplines of knowledge.

Personally speaking, these are not the violent protests made by the angry crowds, but the crowded lectures halls and packed symposiums, which depict the brighter future of any nation. And here I am, having devoted the whole lifespan in quest of higher education. In my journey to higher education, I have been, always, very optimistic about the outcome of my struggle, and I overcome personal or academic challenges through self-belief and motivation. I am confident that one day I will get the higher education degree since higher education is the most significant and crucial factor not only for an individual, but for an entire nation as well.
